The Position of disclosure of secrets in Islamic penal code

the protection of the dignity of the people is one of the important responsibilities of criminal law . in the law of islamic punishment and other criminal acts as the disclosure of the secrets of the profession , the disclosure of secrets means to inform the person or third party of the people that the legislator has dealt with in the penal code of the islamic penal code of the suspended section . accordingly , the present study intends to examine the position of crime disclosure in islamic penal code . the present research , in terms of applied nature and descriptive - analytical method with the use of library resources , is trying to explain the crime position of islamic penal code . it can be said that the crime of disclosure of the profession 's secrets is among the crimes of islamic penal code . in the view of psychological element , it can be said that the crime of disclosure of the profession is among the crimes .
