Evaluation of social capital development management model in Tehran Social Security Organization
Today's world has become increasingly integrated with the widespread changes in the field of modern technologies and the expansion of social networks, in the form of social relationships and one of the main elements of the development and work of individuals and societies, these social relations as social capital It will be named. The purpose of this study is to evaluate social capital based on the model of obscurity and social exclusion in the social security organization of Tehran province. Which deals with the assessment of social capital in three dimensions of relationship (trust, homework, sense of identity and norms), structural (configuration, links, constructive and cognitive) (ciphers, languages, and shared stories). The research method was descriptive survey and data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire. The present study was conducted among 264 employees based on the Cochran formula. The results of this study indicate that all structural, cognitive and social dimensions of social capital have a significant effect on the development of social capital of the organization. The results of the research can be effective as an applied research in improving the performance, policy making and decision making of managers in the social security organization. Understanding these dimensions will lead to the development of organizational functions and decision makers.
