Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Qur'an's approach to Parsons's theory of social order. The question of the research is whether the social order ismaintained and maintained only by observing the holy sharia in the form of obligations and prohibitions? This research has been done by library method, review-descriptive and by using Quranic verses in various aspects of social, legal, jurisprudential, economic, political, cultural, moral, education, guardianship. The present study, with emphasis on the good life and the supernatural world, after extracting some components related to the maintenance, creation and stability of social order, explains it. The findings of this study showed that Parsons mainly emphasizes the survival of the social system and relates it to the continuation of norms and patterns of interaction, but the Qur'an also pays attention to details to guarantee the implementation of social order. With this approach, the Qur'an has a double comprehensiveness and perfection and is able to create, maintain and sustain a universal, efficient and eternal social system much more effective than the limited and general components in Parsons theory.
