Situational crime Prevention of Judicial Corruption
Corruption has become an unprecedented growth in the administrative, political, social and judicial system as one of the unimaginable realities of today's society. In many parts of the world, this phenomenon undermines justice and prevents citizens from accessing unilateral claims. And it undermines public confidence in the sovereignty and sovereignty of a country. Situational prevention as one of the methods of crime prevention that has been given special attention in recent decades. Corruption as one of the most important crimes has serious effects on society and judicial corruption is obstacle for corruption cure, and in addition to social and economic prevention methods and politically, its control in the short term requires the use of situational prevention methods. One of the most important tools for preventing crime is focusing on two factors: transparency and oversight. The present article addresses both of these issues and concludes after classifying and evaluating their different types.
