Non-criminal prevention of crime in Islam from the perspective of Sahifa Sajjadieh
Non-criminal or action prevention is a type of prevention whose field of action and investigation is related to the pre-crime. Today, from the point of view of rational axioms, the usefulness of preventive measures of action and non-punishment and the inefficiency of punishment and punishment have become clear to thinkers in the field of criminology and it is interpreted as a conventional and wise strategy that is dynamic and expanding. The efforts of legal policymakers have also been based on increasing productivity, updating and maximizing the use of these preventive measures.
The present study was conducted by descriptive and analytical methods.
By examining the Islamic teachings, especially the book Sahifa Sajjadieh, which is a glorious treasure of knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of life, it is important to obtain that Islam in the field of crime prevention initially emphasized the non-criminal category. Thus, those in charge of the country's affairs will always accelerate or slow down this process by providing appropriate social, cultural, economic and political conditions. Based on what has been presented, this article has tried to examine the teachings of Sahifa Sajjadieh, the view of Imam (AS) not only as a preventive model of crime, but a comprehensive educational program in various dimensions of belief and behavior of society in the field.
