Identifying and Prioritizing Factors Affecting Women Entrepreneurship Opportunities (Case Study: Tehran Region 3 Municipality)

Abstract:

The emergence of women entrepreneurship opportunities is a complex process in which various individual and environmental factors are influential. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in the emergence of women entrepreneurship opportunities in the municipality of District 3 of Tehran. The research method was descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The method of collecting field information was using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the research instrument were confirmed by the content and face validity approach and the incompatibility rate index. The statistical population was women entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship experts in Tehran Municipality, District 3. The data of this study were analyzed by fuzzy Delphi, Dimtel and fuzzy ANP and gray GRA and MOORA approaches. According to the findings of the Delphi fuzzy approach, 13 sub-factors in 5 main factors: individual, micro-environment, macro-environment, communication and organizational networks, affect the incidence of women entrepreneurship opportunities in Tehran Municipality, District 3. According to the findings of fuzzy dimtel, macro-environmental factors have the greatest impact on other factors affecting the incidence of women's entrepreneurial opportunities and the factor of individual characteristics has the least impact. On the other hand, according to the fuzzy ANP technique, individual characteristics factors have a higher priority in the factors affecting the occurrence of entrepreneurial opportunity. The solution is to create a new market.
