The Effect of Competitive Intelligence with Social Responsibility on Strategic Human Resource Management
The general purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of competitive intelligence with social responsibility on strategic human resource management in technical and vocational colleges in North Khorasan province.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population consists of professors and staff of technical and vocational colleges in North Khorasan Province, numbering six hundred and fifty people who according to Cochran's formula, two hundred and forty-two people were selected by stratified random sampling. To collect data, the Competitive Intelligence Questionnaire with fifty-five questions and the Strategic Human Resources Management Questionnaire with sixty questions were used. The face and content validity of the tools were confirmed by experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the Competitive Intelligence Questionnaire of 0.90 and Strategic Human Resource Management 0.87. T-test and structural equations were used to analyze the data.
The findings of the path analysis show that there is a factor load of 0.784 between the latent variable of exogenous (competitive intelligence) and the latent variable (strategic management of human resources) based on path coefficients, also because The t-value (28.718) is outside the range (2.58 and 2-58), so at the 99% confidence level, the relationship between competitive intelligence and strategic human resource management is significant.
The results showed that the status of competitive intelligence and strategic management of human resources in technical and vocational colleges is above average. Competitive intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on the strategic management of human resources in technical and vocational colleges.
