Explain the effective factors of the spread and acceptance of new segregation technologies in the source of municipal waste in order to improve urban management

The present study aimed to identify and determine the effective factors of the spread and acceptance of new technologies in the field of urban waste management. This research is applied research in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The study population is the citizens of Tehran, in which the new technologies considered in this research in the field of separation at the source of waste have been implemented and implemented. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire and Structural equation modeling method was used to evaluate the research hypotheses using SmartPLS3 software. All research hypotheses were confirmed and effective factors (social factors, managerial factors, Cultural factors, educational and promotional methods, knowledge of recycling booths, trust in applications, technical attractiveness, motivation, expectations from publication and distribution, competitive marketing) dissemination and acceptance of new technologies in the field of municipal waste management were proven. The results showed that the effective factors have a positive and significant relationship with the spread and acceptance of new technologies used in the field of separation at the source of waste. The results show that using this model helps managers to identify these dimensions and eliminate weaknesses. And in the relevant field, to promote and improve the dissemination and acceptance in the audience of the technologies used, separation from the source of waste and to be able to encourage more users to use these technologies in addition to effective introduction.
