Abstract:

One of the most important and challenging issues in countries with a historical background, such as Iran, is how to properly deal with the valuable heritage of the past, which should be properly passed on to future generations. Meanwhile, the architecture and especially the special function of traditional baths is much more complex than other historical buildings and according to the existing conditions, it requires that by creating special spaces and understanding these spaces and the relations between them and by revitalizing them, suitable uses be given to They are granted. collect data in the form of Delphi and questionnaires and using multi-criteria evaluation method (MCDM) based on analysis Hierarchical (AHP) and using Expert Choise software. Findings show that the importance, the criterion of recognizing the effect and examining the spatial status of the sub-spaces of historic baths in the intervention stage with a weight of 0.302 has been selected as the best criterion in selecting the option for the proposed model. After that, the criterion of preserving the historical values ​​related to the building with a weight of 0.0222 is in the second rank and the criterion of following the written principles of protection according to the restoration charters with a weight of 0.0124 is in the third rank. Among the studied indicators, the intervention aimed at developing the tourism industry with a weight of 0.015 is in the lowest rank compared to other indicators.
