Legal & criminological Attempt to the femicide with the Focous on women's victimization

for attempt to crime, some theories have been proposed. the acts that are considered attempt to crime must have a causal relation with the criminal outcome. There are no special rules for committing the crime of femicide and it is subject to the generals; In the view of victimological studies, women as vulnerable groups have been supported diffrentially, and the reflection of human rights can be seen in some of the crimes perpetrated by the legislature. it seems that for various reasons, including the implementation of dual policies in the field of Iranian criminal policy, especially in the family environment, and other obstacles such as uncertainty of punishment, make the potential killer more determined to attempt femicide.

This research is a qualitative type that has been done in a descriptive-analytical method.

The findings suggest that the existence of domestic violence among individuals who have a relative or causal relationship may be associated with female victims; And studies show, the phenomenon of femicide occurs by spouses and close partners and their relatives. the femicide as a instruments can lead the killer to mental interactions and the actualization of the crime plan in a complete way and out of this important and go beyond attempt the crime. enacting laws and guarantees in this regard, including the approval of the bill to protect women, which in Article 51 specifically provides for the attempt the femicide can be effective in preventing criminal incidents against them.
