Antagonistic activity of isolated bacterium (kucoria turfanensis) from Chiton Lamayi against human and marine patogen bacteria
Some bacteria, due to competition over space and greater access to nutrients, form a very thin layer to prevent other bacteria and other organisms from sticking. Thus, the present study aimed to investigate the antagonistic activity of Chiton Lamayi kittens isolated from Chiton Lamayi kittens on human and marine pathogens including Staphylococcus aureus (AT29) strains (CH6). , Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PTTC1430), Escherichia coli (PTCC 1399), Vibrio Chlorine (PTCC1611) and Vibrio Harvey (PTTC1755). Chiton samples were transferred from the intertidal zone to the laboratory for purification of surface bacteria. Cross-steric method was used to investigate the antagonistic property. The greatest antagonistic effect of k.turfanensis on the pathogenicity of Vibrio Harvey was 12.3 mm. According to the results of the present study, it seems that the bacteria in each medium have specific antagonistic properties to the environment.
