Abstract:
Introduction

In this study, the researcher tries to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethic on job motivation with the mediating role of organizational justice in Valiasr Hospital in Arak.

Methods

The present study is applied in terms of purpose and causal in terms of method. The statistical population of this study includes 630 nurses of Valiasr Hospital in Arak. In this regard, the researcher has used a questionnaire to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been confirmed in this study. The analysis of the results in this study was performed using statistical software at both descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level, statistics such as frequency and frequency percentage and SPSS software have been used. At the inferential statistics level, research equations have been used to test research hypotheses and determine the fit of the model and Lisrell software.

Results

Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on job motivation with the mediating role of organizational justice. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on job motivation. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on organizational justice. Organizational justice has a positive effect on job motivation.

Conclusions

People who institutionalize the values and principles of Islamic work ethic and adhere to those principles, consider work as a source of independence and self-fulfillment, and these characteristics affect the inner motivation of the individual and cause a great desire to do It works.
