The Challenges and Strategies Dealing with Cyber Crime in Iranian Law

With the extensive improvements and increasing in users of these networks is ordinary to see more offenses related to cyber as a result of development of the Internet network. So in this respect, the importance of prevention and legislation to prevent such violations in cyberspace like real space is required because this networks had an important role on increasing crime at community. In this research, we are trying to answer the above questions using several sources which has been gathered in the library. The shortcomings in Iran seem to be far more than the other countries, because Iran, as a developing country, has been seriously addressing cybercrime for several years. In order to improve the situation and to cope with the challenges in this area, solutions such as strengthening legal resources, training specialized police forces, academic education in this field, and internalizing the fight against such crimes is necessary.
