The Relationship between Organizational trust and productivity efficiency of Mazandaran police command center
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational trust and labor productivity of police command center of Mazandaran province. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study was Mazandaran Provincial Police Officers in 1396. The sample size which isdetermined by Cochran's formulais for 220 people. The research sampling method is stratified-random. Data are collected through library and field method and the tools of questionnaireareAlonenorganizational reliability and others (2008),with reliability coefficient (0.9) and Jahed'slabor productivity questionnaire (1385)with reliability (0.95). The reliability of the tools in this research are confirmed by organizational trust (0.95) and efficiency (0.96) and validity of the tools by content method.In addition to descriptive statistics, K-S, Pearson correlation, Durbin-Watson and simultaneous regression by SPSS 21 software are used to analyze the data. The results are shown that there is a meaningful and directional relationship between organizational trust and all three components (Side trust0.83, Vertical trust 0.60 and Institutional trust 0.50) with employee productivity. Also, the predictor variables on the model can simultaneously explain 53.2% (side trust 69.5%, vertical trust 36.1%, and institutional trust 24.5%) of changes in the variable of labor productivity.In other words, with an increase in an organizational unit, the employee productivity will increase%53.2 percent.Also, in terms of organizational trust components, by increasing one unit, respectively, %69.5side trust,5%vertical trust and 7% institutional trust will increase on employee productivity.
