The Relationship between Intellectual Capital with Intra-Organizational Entrepreneurship and Staff Performance Police Command in Mazandaran Province
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and internal organization of entrepreneurship and the performance of police officers of Mazandaran province. The research method used is descriptive - correlation type. The statistical population consisted of police officers of Mazandaran province in 1396. The sample size was 217 persons using the Morgan tables and the method of sampling was stratified random sampling. The research data were collected using library and field method and the tools used were standard questionnaires. In order to measure the dimensions of intellectual capital, the standard questionnaire of Bontis et al. (2000), Cornwall and Perlman Standard Enterprise Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (1990) and Miller's Questionnaire (2004) were used to measure employees' performance. The questionnaire was validated using Cronbach's alpha and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. Spearman correlation test and multiple regression analysis were also used to analyze the data using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between all components of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital and customer relationship or customer) with entrepreneurship and employee performance.
