Identify, analyze and rank the factors affecting the health of external administrative employees (Case Study: Mazandaran province police chief)
Maintain and improve the health of office of the main concerns of the leaders of today's organizations And it would not be possible without the knowledge of factors affecting the health office and the role of each factor. That's why this research is to identify, analyze and rank the factors influencing health promoting external administrative employees are taken into consideration. The research objective is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive survey. The population consisted of managers and employees informed police and traffic police commander in Mazandaran province and city are subsidiaries The sample size to the number of population due to random sampling based on Cochran formula, 186 were selected. To gather the data required from two self-designed questionnaire was used indicators of external and administrative health. To obtain reliable content validity of the questionnaires was used. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.86 and 0.79 respectively. Data using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential methods (t-test and Friedman) were analyzed. The findings suggest that external factors are effective in health promotion office staff. The results showed that based on Friedman test component by a factor of 3.73 the highest impact on the health of the judicial administrative And social factors by a factor of 2.16 is the lowest impact on the health office.
