Analysis and behavioral factors affecting the health promotion office employees (Case studies: Mazandaran province police chief)
Today, corruption is one of the most important organizational challenges. This is due to the complex nature of police organizations in the sphere of its activity more than other organizations is important. The survey of corruption in the health promoting behavioral factors in the administrative system in the organization can, They assist in the growth and excellence. This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the health promotion office employees are treated. The purpose of research, applied research and the method of data collection, descriptive survey. The population consisted of managers and staff awareness of police and traffic police commander in Mazandaran province and city are subsidiaries. The desired sample size according to the number of population stratified random sampling based on Cochran formula, 168 were selected. For data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire administrative behavior and health factors. Cronbach alpha reliability questions using formulas 0.75 and 0.71 respectively were measured and verified. Data using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential methods (regression analysis and t test) were analyzed, The findings suggest that behavioral factors are affecting the health promotion office staff. The results also showed that the components of behavioral factors in health promotion office staff are also effective.
