Emotional intelligence and its relationship with the employee job performance Naga
The present study " to examine the relationship between EI and employee job performance Naga ". research methodology of the kind of descriptive and solidarity. The volume of the sample 87 employees of the headquarters of the provincial law enforcement official mazandaran with qualifications to graduate high that randomly selected simple. the necessary information to test the assumption through two questionnaires package of emotional intelligence Travis Bradberry and Jean GRAVES with 28 questions and Questionnaire job performance with 24 questions with experts. the performance of reliability test using the Cronbach was calculated that its (α=91/.). The study using Pearson correlation, represents a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and job performance. The results also indicate that the elements of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, administrative, social awareness and management of the relationship with the job performance and significant relationship.
