Evaluation of teaching-learning performance of teachers of practical courses of Amin University (case study of teachers and students of 31 courses approved by the border department)
Proper provision of effective and practical training in the field of various missions of NAJA on the one hand depends on the learning of practical skills by students and on the other hand depends on the evaluation of teaching and learning of university teachers; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the teaching-learning performance of teachers of practical courses at Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences (case study of 31 students approved by the border department).The present research is descriptive (survey) in terms of applied purpose, in terms of quantitative research method and data collection method. The statistical population of the present study includes all teachers of practical courses with 159 talented students and 500 students. The sampling method in this study was simple for instructors and 217 for students through Cochran's formula and descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. In the descriptive part, the characteristics of the statistical sample and the descriptive characteristics of the research variables were discussed. In the inferential part, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the variables, one-sample t-test and independent t-test.Findings indicate that instructors of practical courses pay a lot of attention to analyzing students' characteristics, expressing educational goals and lesson plans, selecting and using methods, media and educational materials, student participation, and educational evaluation and review.
