The effect of citizens Culture in Iran on the road accidents

The main purpose of this paper is expressing impact of some of the citizens culture on road accidents in Iran. Iran in compare with other countries of the world has a first mortality road accident. Accidents is under the influence of human factors, environment and vehicle.In Iran, the human factor in accidents was more than other factors, but little research has been done in this case. Culture of citizenship, including factors that are considered in the study of a phenomenon. This study is kind of a library research and the Parsons theory of a system is used for data analysis. Results culture is the components of the sociology that through its promotion in citizens of a society can be solved many problems of society. The most effective way to prevent accidents is, Reform risky traffic behavior, and people driving skills through training and educational and cultural programs that need an active participation of citizens.
