The dimensions of the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the perspective of Islam
In this article has been attempted to proceed up with one of the organizational behavior concepts as well as citizenship behavior which is one of the new issues in this science together with checking the quality of the variables effects related to it .at the beginning there is a definition of the OCB hence forth its types and dimensions are mentioned and also the concepts related to OCB are expressed. At the end there will be inferred to the incentive policies of this behavior in organizations and the probable obstacles situated on the route of the process realization as well
