Abstract:

In the current age where everything is changing, creativity and innovation are the essential needs of organizations. Since it is the duty of NAJA to provide security, as been stated in law, in order to respond to the demands of society and provide people with steady security, creativity and innovation have to become indelible among the staff and managers of NAJA. In the current study, the significance of creativity and innovation in NAJA are addressed.
