A look at the background to the concept of effectiveness in improving quantum management skills in systematic review

The purpose of this study is to review the research on the use of the concept of quantum management skills in the direction of people in sports venues in order to identify and apply it in sports venues and the research vacuum in the research to complete future research. Research

The research method is systematic review. For this purpose, related researches were searched and identified in 5 Persian databases and 7 foreign databases between 2005 and 1400.The research was the result of research that after controlling and reviewing the research by researchers, 20 of the most relevant cases were used for this research.

Findings showed that the research method in Iran was a quantitative approach using a questionnaire and outside Iran was a combination of two quantitative and qualitative approaches and the tools used were a questionnaire and an interview.

The results showed that due to the role of technology transformation, managers and clients of sports venues can use their methods such as services based on quantum management skills, services, models to attract managers and clients and the orientation of sports venues to their professional position. In order to provide client-centered services and improve the satisfaction of managers and clients to sports venues.
