Pathology of individual combat training in the field of trainers and providing appropriate solutions (Case study of one of the training centers of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
The purpose of the present study is the pathology of individual combat training in the field of trainers of one of the military training centers and to provide appropriate solutions. Considering the importance of the training process in organizations and the high impact of trainers in this important process, the emphasis of this research is on the pathology of the field of individual combat trainers in the training center and provide appropriate solutions. The method used is descriptive-survey that deals with the pathology in the field of educators and provides appropriate solutions. To collect the data of this study, a researcher-made questionnaire, which was approved by elites and experts in this field and has a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 96%, was used with a five-point Likert scale. The main disadvantages identified in this area included comprehensive mastery of coaches, familiarity with emotional communication methods, principles of articulation, mastery of educational content, ability to convey content, discipline, cultivating curiosity and perseverance. Then solutions such as Holding instructors' workshops in various fields, visiting other educational and university centers, holding specialized presentation sessions for professors, holding counseling and psychology classes, holding periodic exams for professors, and paying more attention to the salaries of instructors were provided.
