Assessing and measuring job adhesion among the staff of NAJA
The present study was conducted to investigate and assess job adhesion among the staff of the NAJA. The purpose of this research is applied and in terms of research method, descriptive-survey. were chosen. The information required in the theoretical foundations section is library and for collecting data, a researcher-made questionnaire is taken, which is taken from the job attachment questionnaires of Michel et al. (2001), Sachs (2006), Khani (1397) and Keshavarz (1397). Took. The validity of the questionnaire was formally calculated with the opinion of experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Satisfaction with the current situation of the organization (0.77), ease and comfort of working with the organization (0.76) and the total alpha of the questionnaire is 0.92 and the data have been analyzed by SPSS software. According to the research findings, the three components of internal and external organizational relationships - the organization's fit with the individual and satisfaction with the current situation of the organization's staff are in good condition and the two components of separation anxiety and comfort and comfort of working with the organization in The job position is not in a good condition, so the job adhesion of the NAJA human resources staff is in a good condition.
