Abstract:

Green city as a relatively new title in the field of urban planning and urban planning is trying to achieve high compatibility with the environment and urban decisions to the desired result. Areas of District 13 and lands forming the Green City in District 13 of the Tehran metropolis have been done. The research method is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The data type is quantitative and consists of green city indicators that have been ranked in the region using multi-indicator decision models (TOPSIS). In order to study the potentials of the green city, the four areas of this region are ranked based on 15 indicators of the green city using the TOPSIS model and show which of the areas has more potentials.And it is better for the realization of the green city in this region that the results showed that the fourth district with the value of TOPSIS 0.96 ranks first among the four districts of the 13th region for the realization of the green city. In other words, District 4 has the greatest capacity to achieve a green city.
