Evaluate the quality of services and leisure of the women's park Case study: Ardabil Women's Park

the aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of services and leisure of Ardabil Women's Park in a descriptive-survey manner. The statistical population of the present study consisted of 18+ women in Ardabil who went to the women's park to spend their leisure time. And due to the size of the statistical population under study, according to Cochran's formula, (384) people were selected, which ultimately 370 people participated in the study. Data collection tools including service quality questionnaires of Liu (2008) and leisure questionnaire of Ebrahimi et al. (2011) were selected. And in order to analyze the data from SPSS22 software and descriptive tests (Frequency, mean, standard deviation and percentage), inferential (Friedman and binomial) Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the data. The research results showed that the components1. Age group21 to 30 years, 2. Bachelor Degree, 4. Single, 4. Retired, 5. Income20 to 30 million rials, 6. Training history 6 to 12 months, 7. With the goal and motivation of health, 8. Exercise 2 to 3 times a week is the most common among the research components But the analysis of the inferential results of the research showed that the quality of services and its components are in a good condition and also there is a significant time between the components of his service quality and also leisure and its components are in a good condition and also between Leisure components are also a significant priority.
