Improving Customer Loyalty: An Analysis of Bank Day Social Responsibility in Tehran
The aime of this research is to investigate the effect of corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty in Bank Day of Tehran. The research method used was descriptive and survey. Cochran's formula (unlimited community) is used to select the statistical sample. The sample size is 384 and a simple random method was used. SPSS and lisrel software were also used to test the research hypotheses. The research findings showed that the bank's social responsibility has an effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, bank image, quality of services in Bank Day in Tehran. On the other hand, the quality of service does not affect the loyalty of Bank Day in Tehran customers. Customer satisfaction has no effect on their loyalty in Bank Day in Tehran and the image of the company has an effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Day in Tehran.
