Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of human resources strategy on the components of organizational excellence on the General Veterinary Office of Lorestan Province. The research method is based on the purpose of applied-developmental studies and descriptive-survey method. In this study, descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. In the descriptive part, a summary of research variables is presented in the form of tables and graphs, and in the inferential part, Pearson correlation tests and regression analysis are used. SPSS software was used to perform statistical tests. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between human resources strategy and leadership among the staff of the General Veterinary Administration of Lorestan Province at the level of P <0.01. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the use of the mentioned model, makes the General Veterinary Administration of Lorestan Province not only improve the problems of its administration, but also makes it seek to gain more points towards To excel and advance as much as possible.
