Study of acceptance of digital insurance in life insurance industry (Case study: Iran Insurance, Rasht)
Digital transformation has a strong impact on the behavior and culture of society, the trade process of industry, financial structure and growth of a country. Technology and digital transformation in the insurance industry is increasing. The insurance industry has turned to digital technologies to preserve current revenue and create new revenue opportunities. Digitalization makes it possible to strengthen communication and provide new services to customers. Telecommuting and service to users, due to the growth of Internet services in the insurance industry is strengthened and has been considered . To achieve this goal, a sample of 50 people was selected using random sampling method. The data collection tool in this article was a standardized questionnaire. This article examines the acceptance of digital insurance in life insurance in Rasht and the results showed that digital insurance can have a significant effect on the life insurance industry.
