Satisfaction rating of rural housing using Victor technique (Case study: Central part of Taybad city)
Given the importance of rural housing, identifying the factors affecting the level of residential satisfaction and dissatisfaction of residents, can be effective in analyzing the current housing situation, future decisions to improve the quality of residential areas and prevent duplication of deficiencies in other places. The method of the present study is descriptive-analytical and the sample size was estimated to be 180 households in 16 villages in the central part of Taybad (villages receiving housing improvement facilities, 5076 households), 180 households. In this study, the component of rural residents' satisfaction with housing was measured based on 6 indicators of health, economy, facilities and internal components of housing, physical, welfare, and safety from the determined indicators related to rural housing and in the form of 23 items. In the work process, after calculating the relative importance, the degree of preference of each index was obtained using the ahp technique, then the rural points were ranked using the Vicker model. The results show that Asadabad village with a rank (1) and a very high level of satisfaction (0), is in the highest rank and Dogharun village with a rank (16) and a very low level of satisfaction (0.628) is in the lowest rank. In fact, out of 16 villages, 4 villages have achieved the level of satisfaction (very high), 4 villages (high), 1 village (medium), 2 villages (low) and 5 villages (very low). In general, housing in half of the villages was in good condition and the other half in poor condition and low satisfaction.
