Investigating the relationship between ERP and the decision- making quality of the employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari governorates

The success of any organization depends on the decisions made by the manager, and these decisions are influenced by complex information, environmental changes, doubt, personal experiences, and psychological characteristics. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between ERP and the decision-making quality of the employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari governorates. The statistical population of the research was 440 employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari governorates and the statistical sample size was 205. In order to collect information, the research questionnaire of Ovidad et al. (2020) was used. In order to check the hypotheses, correlation test was used. The results showed that organizational resource planning has a significant relationship with decision-making quality.
