Investigate human rights violations in their own right And referendum the door Crimea's separation from Ukraine and Russia's accession Summary The sovereignty of states and principle of autonomy have always been accepted by international law as well as by international organizations. While in many cases minorities , different ethnicties, religions, sectarianism, etc. depend on the state wether governments disregard sovereignty or expect minorities and races to be accepted for many reasons, in most cases. They have failed and as a result of the efforts and actions of these groups, including the right ti independence, sovereignty and a serious right by one country. These demands, in addition to the principle of sovereignty, are consistent with the principle of outonomy. The in compatibility of these pricpiples is often resolved more peacefully by giving more concessions and in some cases leading to violent acts. The Russians living in the Crimean Peninsula Withdrew from Ukraine after an undemocratic referendum in Ukraine, attended by Russian force and with no participation by Ukrainians and Tatars, and then signed intio Russian territory by an official document But the Russian government's failure to comply with intenational law by explicity interfering in Ukrainian internal affairs, such as inciting Crimea Russians ti divide with political support and dispatching troops before the Ukrainian government's referendum and threatening to use force permitted by Russian Duma. And its violation of sovereignty and territorial integrity undermined the separation of crimea from Ukraine, as well as the illegality of Russia's accession to international law. In this article, we examine the legal dimensions of the Crimean separation.The method used in this study is theoretical and information gathering as library. The data analaysis is descriptive-analytical-reasoning-deductive.
