A comparative study of blood money from the perspective of five religions

According to the explicit text of the Qur'an and the Islamic tradition, which have suggested solutions for error and crime, and the holy shari'a of Islam, in order to protect and safeguard the people of society against the crimes of beatings and injuries, has legislated the rulings of Diyat to these crimes and personal and social damages. And in addition to punishing and punishing the perpetrator of the sin, the society should also calm down and take the courage to commit the sin from the society so that the people of the society do not abuse and rape each other. According to the principle of the legitimacy of blood money and the necessities of religion and society, the issue of paying blood money for lips, teeth and nose is a necessary issue due to its practicality and society's affliction, which is researched and studied from various angles in this research. Injuries to the nose are different and for each of these injuries such as: ransom for complete amputation of the nose, ransom for the destruction of the marl, ransom for the destruction of the nostrils, ransom for the destruction of the nostrils, ransom for the piercing of the nose, nasal paralysis or Eliminating a paralyzed nose, amputating the nose and leaving the skin, removing the nasal bone, breaking and decaying the nose, eliminating the odor, the amputation of the nose and the loss of the sense of smell There are different opinions in five religions. We tried to express our preferences as much as possible, and tried to address all the issues related to the blood money of the members and the nose. In the end, I ask God Almighty to make us successful in finding the right path and the words of truth.
