Investigating the Relationship between Perceived Organizational Justice and Personality Type with Job Satisfaction of Employees of State Banks in Urmia
The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational justice and personality type with job satisfaction of employees of state-owned banks in Urmia. The present study is part of applied research in terms of purpose and according to the nature of the subject, it is a descriptive-correlational research .The statistical population includes all employees of state-owned banks in Urmia city in 2015, of which 366 were selected, of which 188 were selected using Cochran's formula .
