Evaluating Training Plan of Salehin Circles, Case Study in Dezful City
This Study has been done in Qualitative paradigm via deep, semi-structured interview and analyzing content method to evaluate Salehin Circles in Dezful city. The main Question of this survey is how to evaluate Salehin Plan in this city. therefore, this study has been implemented in 3 general orientations for Kids, teenagers and youth, in 2 sub-orientations and alongside obstacles of doing that. Some of these plans and obstacles in kids' orientation include: plans; story narrating due to Kids' age, theoretical Ethics of Organization, directing talents. Obstacles: negative effect of outward circle, inappropriate pattern, insufficient head human resources. Some of plans and obstacles for teenagers are; plans: book reading, imaging the front of truth and falsehood and inward circle organization. Obstacles: destructive effect of Schools, absence of appropriate mechanism for absorbing and stabilizing, ignoring educated people. Finally, some samples of plans and obstacles for youth are: plans: self-informing to trainers on way of growth, organizational plans in the mosques, inviting masters to circles. Obstacles: insufficient head human resources, intuitionalized ignoring to organizational training, job and economic problems of youth's heads in circles, Therefore, it is ultimately concluded that Salehin Circles in Dezful city despite of implementing mentioned plan on upstream documents, has faced variant problems that it is necessary to remove those to pave the way of policy-making in this plan.
