Presenting a Conceptual Model of Performance Management of Policy Studies Institutes (Case Study: Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly)

Every organization needs to improve performance management for excellence and sustainable development, and government organizations and private centers to achieve the goals of the organization strive to use successful management models and through new performance management models and procedures, to improve outputs and study programs. They are strategic and therefore, policy studies are important in the organization and effective government centers and private institutions are looking to establish policy studies institutes to improve their performance. In this regard, the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, as one of the effective research institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is one of the policy studies institutes affiliated with the legislative body in the country, needs to pay attention to performance management to improve the organization in order to provide better services to legal institutions. It is the relevant decision maker. In this regard, understanding the policy-making and its related institutions in performance management and its coordinates is essential for the managers of this institution, and this article seeks to answer the main question by using qualitative studies: a conceptual model for performance management What is the policy with emphasis on the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly?
