Abstract:
introduction

having sufficient and skilled manpower in the field of health is one of the key factors in improving the quality of service delivery to citizens and the lack of manpower in this area may impose costs on health and society .

objective

the present study is a descriptive - analytic study to determine the needs of human resources in hospital with a high degree of national accreditation .

methods

the method of force estimation used in this paper is as follows : traditional , guideline of world health organization , system - oriented attitude determination , california index , health care and treatment , abdullah and levine and yang wolfe , force estimates are different from each method .

conclusion

the employees of razavi khorasan razavi hospital are under pressure to carry out this volume of work due to lack of manpower . proper management and planning of human resources can help improve the efficiency of work by ensuring the optimal volume of work . the population of this study is a private and private hospital with number of active beds .
