Designing a knowledge management model to observing urban information in smart cities
The purpose of the study is to design a knowledge management model for observing urban information in smart cities. The tools for collecting information in the qualitative section are interviews and literature review. To enhance the internal credibility the methods of pluralism and member surveys were used. Also, in quantitative part. To measure the reliability at the questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.84 were used and expert opinions have also been used to evaluate the validity at the content. The statistical population of the study is managers and expert in Qazvin Municipality so nine experts were interviewed in the qualitative section by theoretical sampling method and after coding and determining the categories, a conceptual model was developed. Then in the quantitative part, the items in the form of a questionnaire, in a sample consisting of 80 managers and active senior experts in Qazvin municipality who were selected by simple random sampling, the results were analyzed. The results showed that the categories of dimension of stimuli are effective by affecting the category of main process and by using the dimensions of the dominant context (structural factors) and intervening conditions (organizational factors) and also these factors on the strategy dimension and finally on the diffusion dimension of urban results are effective.
