Requirements, barriers and strategies of production leap in Ardabil province and the role of provincial media in achieving production leap

The purpose of this study is to investigate the requirements, barriers and local strategies of production leap in Ardabil province and the role of provincial media in the realization of production leap.

This research was conducted qualitatively. In the qualitative part, the Delphi method was used to construct a systematic and schematic model of the findings from the coded data. The statistical population of this study, 15 people were selected as members of the Delphi working group using purposive sampling.

Based on the findings of the qualitative section and the results of the Delphi method, obstacles, strategies and the role of the provincial media in achieving the goals of the production leap; It consists of six factors: strategy, environment, rules and regulations, infrastructure, and teaching and learning.

Media by creating culture, education, sensitization, enthusiasm, motivation, removing beliefs and deterrent mindsets, paying attention to the necessity and importance of comprehensive and sustainable development, continuous information about the process of achieving the goals of the production leap In all its dimensions and effects, pathology and pathogenesis of the development process, identifying and highlighting the weaknesses of industry in the country, establishing relations with the executive apparatus, exchanging information with stakeholders and executives of various sectors, can play their role in achieving Play production mutation goals.
