The effect of quality management on competitive performance insurance company's )

In this study, the effects of quality management on competitiveness in insurance companies (Case Study: Iran and Alborz insurance companies in Zanjan province) were discussed. The population of this study for investigate the effects of quality management on competitiveness consists of all personnel of insurance companies and insurance agents across the country in the province of Zanjan. Due to limited statistical community, the whole community is considered as a sample, so the sample size of 80 people has been set. This research method is applicable in purpose, surveying in data collection. The research is correlational in nature. The data collection tool was a standardized questionnaire. For inferential analysis, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed: education, the suggestions, feedback, customer focus, employee management, quality management and supply management has a significant positive impact on competitive performance in the insurance industry.Keywords: education, the suggestions, feedb customer focus, employee management, quality management, supply management and competitive performance.
