Analysis of clothing supply chain disruptions of the operational forces of a Military-police organization by modeling structural equations
Each supply chain has internal and external vulnerabilities that undermine the chain's resilience to disruptions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the three aspects of "vulnerable ,disruption and solutions to deal with disorders" with a systematic view of the supply chain of the operational forces of Military-police organization.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method and is a causal-comparative branch based on structural equation analysis. The statistical sample of the study was 20 clothing managers of the studied defense organization who were selected by sampling and snowball sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method and its validity was confirmed by research experts. After confirming the validity of the components, based on three hypotheses and by analyzing the interaction of three variables, a conceptual model of the research was presented. This model was evaluated with the structural equation approach and the measurement, structural and general fit of the research was performed.Findings and
By implementing the model, the internal relationship of the three variables of the research with each other was explained. In this model, by establishing the relationship between three aspects of "vulnerability" as an internal factor, "disruption" as an external factor were extracted so that in this model, "dependence on the number "Limited supply" and "excessive complexity" were identified as vulnerable factors in the supply chain, while "Corona outbreak" and "government economic policies" were among the most important disruptions or stimuli affecting the supply chain. Overcoming their effects, solutions to disruption such as "using domestic production capacity" and "communicating to create flexibility in supply and production" were suggested that are not unrelated to effective harms and disruptions of the model.
