Continuation of Imamate in the verse of obedience
One of the common teachings between Shiites and Sunnis is the belief in Imam Mahdi (as), with the difference that most Sunni scholars believe that he will be born at the end of time, but Shiites believe that he was born and is currently absent and will appear at the end of time. So the point is that regardless of the specific narrations of the parties, even from the verses of the Qur'an that are accepted by both parties, can there be any evidence for the existence of the Infallible Imam? If the answer is yes, is there an Infallible Imam now? The purpose of this research is that according to the holy verse «یا ایها الذین آمنوا اطیعوا الله و اطیعوا الرسول و اولی الامر منکم. . .»: (نساء: 59) In which the absolute obedience to the first commandment is guardians, and the Shiite scholars, together with the Imams (as), consider it as an example, and the Sunni commentators disagree on its example. The first is that: firstly, they are infallible, and the second is that: at any time, there is a person outside as the guardian of the infallible who is obliged to obey him. Third: If we do not find him, he must inevitably be absent according to the Shiite belief, and this absence will not prevent his obedience. In this paper, data collection is library and research is done in a descriptive-analytical manner around three issues: A: Proving the infallibility of guardian. B: Proving the external existence of an individual from the guardian at any time. C: The possibility of obeying the guardian of the present even if we do not find him. Therefore, the necessity of the existence of the guardian and the infallible Imam in the present time and the obligation to obey him can be used from the holy verse of obedience.
