The relationship between job burnout and resilience of Farsan Police Command employees
Resilience capacity is considered as a predictor to prevent and reduce burnout caused by occupational stress and plays an important role in performance. One of the most important occupations in which burnout is very important is law enforcement personnel. The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of burnout and resilience of Farsan police personnel. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature, correlational research and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all law enforcement officers of Farsan county who were serving in 1399-1400, which was over 120 people. By simple random sampling method, 50 people were selected as the sample. The research instruments were Connor and Davidson model resilience questionnaire and Maslach and Jackson burnout questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The software used was the software used, spss software. The results showed that there is a significant and inverse negative relationship between resilience and burnout (-0.420). Also, there is a significant and inverse relationship between burnout and degree, degree, work experience, marital status and age. There is also a significant inverse negative relationship between resilience and educational level, work experience and age.
