Presenting and explaining the job dependency model with the data theory approach of the foundation in the National Bank of Mazandaran province

925 / 5,000Translation resultsThe purpose of this study was to present and explain the job dependency model with the foundation data theory approach in Bank Melli of Mazandaran province. To achieve this goal, a qualitative methodology based on the data foundation method and using the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin has been used. Open, axial and selective data coding methods were used to analyze the data. In this regard, 24 in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted using theoretical sampling and snowball technique of managers, bank experts as well as professors and management experts. Based on the research findings, the main research phenomenon was called "presentation and explanation of job dependence". "Individual and extra-organizational organizational factors" as causal conditions for presenting and explaining job dependence, "Performance evaluation system, staff training system, bank expansion throughout the country and the organization's perspective" as contextual factors and also "governing conditions "Business, individual-specific components and organizational-specific components" were identified as interfering factors from the perspective of the research participants.
