c.The purpose of this study is to investigate and recognize the social and legal benefits of forming an economic benefit group and distinguishing it from civil society. In 2010, the legislature, following some developed countries, in the form of Article 107 of the Fifth Five-Year Development Plan Law, provided the basis for the formation of an economic benefit group for joint economic and commercial activities. Real and legal is done in the form of a civil company. It has various effects and benefits such as facilitating and expanding economic and commercial activities, industrial economic exchanges, etc. for a limited period. As mentioned, the economic benefit group It is similar to various institutions, such as civil participation in jurisprudence. Accordingly, the main question that this research intends to answer with a descriptive-analytical method is what are the social and legal benefits of forming an economic interest group and what are the commonalities and differences between this group and a civil society company. The research findings show that, due to the provision of legal infrastructure, the formation of this type of economic cooperation and the appropriate dimensions for its expansion, will have different effects on economic development and improving the quality of services. Of course, it should be noted that the economic benefit group has the same nature and meaning with different institutions such as civil companies, and the concept of civil company is emphasized in Imami jurisprudence.
