The globalization of punishment emphasis on Iran`s political society

Abstract Today, countries, due to their political, economical and cultural relations, are trying to adjust their criminal rules to worldwide accepted criteria.To modify the criminal codes based on IRI’s fourth principal’s constitution, they tried to adjust the mentioned above rules with the foundations of the Islamic Sharia and On the other hand, they have tried to review and correct the criminal codes through the new criminal law foundation and human’s achievements. In this regard which means respecting the Sharia foundation as well as adjusting to the modern criminal law courses due to the controversy of these two legal system’s foundations, they would be faced with serious challenges. In this writin, the desceiptive-analytical method, consider the obstacles analyzed the solutions that provided by the government and professionals to be able to offer new point of view for solving the challenges and to adjust the country’s rules to modern criminal law globally.
