Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Confidence with Job Satisfaction in Physical Education and Sports
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction with physical education and sports teachers. Using Georgian and Morgan's table and sampling method, the statistical population included all working (official) physical education and sports in Mazandaran province schools to the number of 235 people. Random 146 people were selected as a statistical example of 22 cities in both high school and high schools. Personal information forms, a Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire, and a school organizational trust scale were used as data collection tools. SPSS correlation test and software were used to analyze the research findings. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction. As a result of the study, it is anticipated that factors such as the location of the individual, psychological and environmental factors, working conditions, and communication have an active role in determining the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational trust. Given the results, managers and officials of educational organizations can enhance employee satisfaction and provide more success by establishing and promoting trust in organizations.
