Designing a Model to Prevent Administrative Violations Based on the Teachings of Nahj Al-Balaghah
The aim of this study is to design a model to prevent administrative violations based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balaghah among the employees of the Social Security Organization of Greater Tehran.
The research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and exploratory type has been used. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the research, including managers, supervisors and experts in combating administrative violations of the Greater Tehran Social Security Organization, was 245 people, and the sample size was determined using Morgan able to include 150 people. The researcher-made questionnaire tool has been used in a small part. Quantitative content validity (CVR) was used to assess validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated as %848 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient Which indicates the high validity and reliability of the tools used in the research (questionnaire). Analysis and achievement of the final model is determined by structural equation analysis in software (PLS). From the partial least squares technique, the general research model has been evaluated.
Based on the analytical findings,348 sub-themes were extracted in three levels (prevention, excellence and exposure (treatment)) regarding the prevention of administrative violations, observing the principle of semantics. Finally, in consultation with the experts, they were categorized into 7 main themes and 34 sub-themes according to the overlap. There is a direct and significant relationship between all the focuses and propositions of all three levels.
The model of deterrence of malfeasance was designed based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh based on the obtained relationships and the overlap of these relationships in individual, organizational and socio-cultural fields.
