Abstract:

For the past forty years, the selection of justice-seeking managers at the level of the Islamic Revolution has been one of the most important issues of the system's sovereignty. The occurrence of many managerial ups and downs in the body of the system has added to the importance of this issue. The present study has studied and analyzed the issue with a descriptive-analytical method and based on the application of Imam Ali (AS)'s political life in Nahj al-Balaghah with the policy of the Imams of the Revolution in the last forty years. The comparative results of the present study show that in the Islamic system, those who are concerned about justice and revolutionary thinking are qualified to be in the management system. Jihadi spirit, democracy, fairness, simplicity, confrontation with politicization are the criteria for selecting managers at the level of the Islamic Revolution.
